Brazitos Mini Hotdog

  • 1 bag Brazitos traditional thawed at room temp
  • 18-20 Mini sausages any favourite will do
  • Vegetable oil


  • 1 Lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp Shallots finely chopped
  • 1/2 Tbsp Garlic finely chopped
  • 10 Malagueta peppers finely chopped
  • 140g Mayonnaise


  • Preheat oven at 200° C
  • With oiled hands, knead each Brazitos traditional into a ball and roll into a hot dog shape. Depress the length of the Brazitos into a “hot dog” bun shape.
  • Place the mini sausage in the middle and crimp the edges of the dough around it. Continue with the remaining Brazitos and mini sausages.
  • Place onto a baking paper sheet and bake for 20 minutes until golden.


  • Put the mayonnaise in a bowl. Set aside. In a pan sauté shallots and garlic with the malagueta peppers. Add the lime juice. Let cook for 1 minute. Add the mixture to the mayonnaise and mix well.
  • Serve the mini hotdogs with the malagueta pepper aioli or your favorite topping. Enjoy!
